Full Tilt Poker hosts freerolls several times throughout the day. 

The $100 prize pool freerolls offered at Full Tilt allow for a maximum of 2,700 entrants.  While only 27 make the money, nonetheless, cashing is still a very attainable goal because of 'vacant' seats: of the 2700 entrants a significant percentage sit out the entire tournament until they get blinded out.  The main consequence of this is that the number of players in the tournament who are actually playing is much less than the 2700 aforementioned entrants.  That makes cashing in the freeroll a much more attainable goal with less active players to outsmart or, if you get caught - outdraw.
 
Another important consequence of having 'players' sitting out is that it creates a plethora of opportunities to buy the blinds and build your stack with no poker skills required.  If a seat is vacant, then no one is monitoring the dealt hole cards and the big and small blinds can sometimes be bought with a min-raise, so long as no other live players are in the hand.  But you must be perceptive in order to figure out if a seat has been vacated: like live poker, look for 'tells.'
 
One major clue that reveals that a seat might be vacant will be 'autochecking' or 'autofolding.'   If a vacated big blind goes unraised, that player will instantaneously 'check' on its turn, never taking time to deliberate.  If a vacated big blind is min-raised, that player will instantaneously 'fold' the big blind to the raise, again with no time paid to thought.  Recognize this pattern a few times and you will have a very strong candidate for a vacant seat that you can steal blinds from with rags like two-seven offsuit.
